Queensland Community Services was born from a shared vision among a group of experienced professionals in the disability sector who saw a deeper need—beyond checklists and service plans—for genuine, compassionate, and person-centred support.

Having worked with both large and small disability service providers across Australia, our founding team gained invaluable experience—but also recognised a growing gap. Too often, support services were delivered without fully understanding the individuals behind the plans: their stories, aspirations, and the dignity they deserve. We believed there was room for something better—a service provider that could deliver exceptional, professional care while never losing sight of humanity and heart.

With that belief, we came together to establish Queensland Community Services: a small, purpose-driven organisation focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality, and tailored disability supports that empower people to live life on their own terms.
