Queensland Community Services was born from a shared vision among a group of experienced professionals in the disability sector who saw a deeper need—beyond checklists and service plans—for genuine, compassionate, and person-centred support.

Having worked with both large and small disability service providers across Australia, our founding team gained invaluable experience—but also recognised a growing gap. Too often, support services were delivered without fully understanding the individuals behind the plans: their stories, aspirations, and the dignity they deserve.
